What are the symptoms of lichen sclerosus?

The most common symptom associated with lichen sclerosus is pruritus. Patients may also report burning, bleeding, and tearing of the vulva or vaginal introitus. If stenosis of the vaginal introitus is present, dyspareunia is often reported.
