Which infectious disorders can have associated leukoderma?

Secondary syphilis, pinta, yaws, onchocerciasis, and leprosy. The inflammatory reaction associated with these diseases alters melanocyte homeostasis, with resultant decreased melanin synthesis and transfer to keratinocytes.
