Name the drugs most likely to induce urticaria. Angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) inhibitors, gamma-globulin, NSAIDs, penicillins, and sulfonamides. Urticaria produced by drugs is clinically indistinguishable from urticaria produced by other allergens. Aspirin can exacerbate a preexisting urticaria.
