Should all warts be eradicated?

It is not possible to eradicate certain warts, and it is economically impossible to eradicate all warts in the human population. With nongenital warts, if a wart is large enough to cause discomfort, is disfiguring, or is on a body part that is constantly traumatized, treatment should be considered.
