What is the treatment for impetigo herpetiformis?

Systemic corticosteroids are the first-line treatment. Some studies have reported good outcomes with cyclosporine. The condition resolves with delivery. It is important to be aware of secondary infections of the lesions, and then to treat with appropriate antimicrobial medications.
