What is Löfgren’s syndrome? This is the classic acute presentation of sarcoidosis. It consists of bilateral hilar adenopathy, fever, arthralgias, erythema nodosum, and uveitis (Fig. 13-5B). Sarcoidosis that presents in this manner has an approximately 80% chance of resolving within 2 years. |
