What is Heerfordt’s syndrome?

Heerfordt’s syndrome or uveoparotid fever is a variant of sarcoidosis presenting as uveitis, facial nerve palsy, fever, and parotid gland swelling. Central nervous system involvement is also more common in this presentation.
